Caitlin Clark surpasses Pete Maravich as all-time NCAA scoring leader

She is one of one.

Iowa Hawkeyes’ Caitlin Clarkmade history on Sunday night by becoming the NCAA’s all-timeleading scorer, surpassing LSU great Pete Maravich.

The superstar point guard setthe all-time scoring record after making two free throws in theclosing minutes of the second quarter. By scoring 3,685 points, shesurpasses the late Maravich for the most career points in majorcollege basketball history in either the men’s or women’sdivision.

The 22-year-old Clark set thewomen’s scoring record two weeks ago after surpassing Washington’sKelsey Plum.

Clark now turns her attention toleading the Hawkeyes to a national championship in MarchMadness.
