Christian Woods agreed on a 2-year, $5.7 million deal with the Los Angeles Lakers that includes a player option for the 2024-25 season.

Christian Wood will continue his career with the Los Angeles Lakers after agreeing on a 2-year deal with the team, according to Adrian Wojnarowski from ESPN.

The deal is worth $5.7 million and includes a player option for the 2024-25 season.

Wood joins the Lakers after spending a season with the Dallas Mavericks and the previous two with the Houston Rockets.

Last season, Wood averaged 16.6 points, 7.3 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game in 67 appearances for the Mavericks.
