Bjelica last played for Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul but had to sit out most of the previous season due to a calf injury.
He appeared in seven EuroLeague games last campaign, contributing with 2.7 points and 2.1 rebounds over eight minutes.
Bjelica previously donned the Red Star jersey from 2008 to 2010, and throughout his career, he has played for teams such as Baskonia, Minnesota Timberwolves, Sacramento Kings, Miami Heat, and Golden State Warriors, where he won an NBA championship ring in 2022.
