2024 WNBA Draft Recap: Caitlin Clark goes No.1 to the Indiana Fever

After a dominant college career,Caitlin Clark is set to bring her act to the pro scene.

As expected, the Indiana Feverpicked Clark as its no.1 overall selection in the 2024 WNBA Drafton Monday night at Brooklyn Academy of Music in Brooklyn, NewYork.

Arguably the best women’scollege basketball player of all time, Clark will now head to theWNBA to the Fever to team up with last year’s first overallselection Aliyah Boston. Clark and Boston will make up one of theleague’s most exciting young duos as they try to lead Indiana backto the playoffs.

Stanford University standout and2021 WNCAA champion Cameron Brink went second overall to the LosAngeles Sparks while recently crowned 2024 WNCAA champion KamilaCardoso from the University of South Carolina was taken by theChicago Sky as the third overall pick.
