In anticipation of the 2023-24 NBA season, the annual survey has unveiled intriguing insights from league general managers.

Finals MVP Nikola Jokic emerged as the centerpiece of the survey, claiming the majority of votes for MVP, franchise cornerstone, top center, premier passer, and possessing the best basketball IQ.

In a rare occurrence, Jokic and Giannis Antetokounmpo dominated their positions, each amassing over 90% of the votes -- a feat not witnessed since Dwight Howard in 2013.

The spotlight also shines on Victor Wembanyama, hailed as the most promising draft prospect in two decades. Despite not yet gracing an NBA court, a staggering 90% of GMs foresee him as the standout player in five years. 23% of decision-makers singled out the 19-year-old San Antonio Spur as their preferred choice to build a franchise around.

Meanwhile, EA7 Emporio Armani Milan power forward Nikola Mirotic leads the pack as the best international player not currently in the NBA, securing a substantial 37% of the votes. Edy Tavares and Alex Sarr follow closely at 27% and 13%, while Dzanan Musa and Willy Hernangomez complete the Top 5 at 10% and 7%, respectively.

In the comprehensive survey covering 50 questions on teams, players, coaches, and offseason maneuvers, NBA GMs abstained from voting for their own team or personnel.
