Even though he doesn't qualify as a EuroLeague veteran, it's still noteworthy that Bolmaro needed less than 20 minutes in his second game with FC Bayern Munich to register a new scoring-high in the competition.

It would be useful to keep in mind that while most international players choose to go to the NBA once they have established themselves in Europe and become household names, Bolmaro was just 21 when he moved overseas.
In addition, his numbers and playing time would hardly support or justify such a big leap, as he averaged only 10 minutes per game in the 2020-21 EuroLeague campaign.
As a matter of fact, Bolmaro has played more NBA than EuroLeague games in his career. Yet, looking back, he's certain that the timing was right.
"For sure," he affirms.
"I have no regrets at all," Bolmaro told BasketNews. "It's the NBA, and not everyone can get there. Even if I didn't play much in Europe, the NBA was my dream. I had to fulfill it, and that's what I did."
Even though Bolmaro says he wouldn't change anything in the path he followed, that doesn't mean he didn't miss the EuroLeague and whatever comes with it.
He names Facundo Campazzo as the player he's most looking forward to facing this season because he always had a lot of fun playing against him and cites why he enjoys basketball in Europe instead of the NBA.
