After 19 years in the NBA, Iguodala retired from the game. He was a four-time NBA champion, one-time Finals MVP, and one-time All-Star.

After 19 years in the NBA, Andre Iguodala has called it quits.

The veteran forward has announced his retirement from basketball, New York Times' newsletter Dealbook announced.

Throughout his career, Iguodala became a four-time NBA champion with the Golden State Warriors. He was famously named the Finals MVP in 2015.

Before playing on the West Coast, Iguodala starred on the Philadelphia 76ers squad and was named an All-Star in 2012 in his last season with the team.

He will continue his career as a startup investor.

Throughout his career, Iguodala held averages of 11.3 points, 4.9 rebounds, and 4.2 assists. "It’s been a blessing to play for that long," the player said.
