And their chances of following up third place at the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 in Manila with a gold medal in Paris?
"I think our chances are good," Wiggins said. "We have a great team."
Canada was indeed terrific in Jakarta, where they won four of five games, with the only blemish a Second Round defeat to Brazil.
They followed up that 4-1 start with a Quarter-Final triumph over Slovenia and, following a Semi-Final defeat to Serbia, a Third-Place Game victory over the USA.
The podium finish was the first for Canada at a World Cup or the Olympics.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander earned a spot in the All-Star Five while Dillon Brooks, RJ Barrett, Kelly Olynyk, Nickeil Alexander-Walker, Lu Dort, and Dwight Powell had outstanding tournaments under coach Jordi Fernandez.
Wiggins was on the Canada side at the 2015 FIBA AmeriCup in Mexico City when it came up just short of qualification for the 2016 Games in Rio de Janeiro.
Needing a Semi-Final win over Venezuela to clinch a place in the Olympics, the South American team edged the encounter, 79-78.
Wiggins, who led Canada in scoring at that tournament with an average of 15.1 points per game, was held to just nine in that costly defeat. He made the All-Star Five.
He next played for Canada at the 2020 FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament in Victoria when it fell to the Czech Republic in the Semi-Finals, 103-101. Wiggins had 22 points, eight rebounds, three assists, and three steals in that game.
Despite the absence of Wiggins and Jamal Murray, Canada made history by getting to the podium in the Philippines.
"This year was tough because I ended the season with a broken rib," he said. "But the goal next year is to be with them in Paris."
The first part of the Olympics will be staged in Lille, and the knockout round in Paris.
"It was tough [the World Cup]," he said. "But they did a great job there. They qualified [for the Olympics], and that was something we hadn't done in a long time.
"All of the guys competed hard, led by Shai, Dillon, and RJ. It was great for those guys."
