Wemby's San Antonio Spurs got their first win against the Houston Rockets on Friday. The French phenom started the game rough but scored crucial shots in the second half and in the overtime.

Talking with the media after the game, the player said consistency is one of the things he has to improve.

"All my life, I have preferred the end of the [game] because I feel better. But I have to do better before. It is one of my areas of improvement: play hard from the start," he said viaTom Orsborn.

So far, Wembanyama has been averaging 18 points, 8.5 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 2.5 steals, and 2 blocks per game in 27 minutes of playing time.

The Spurs are now heading to the West Coast for a three-game trip, matching up against the Los Angeles Clippers once and twice against the Phoenix Suns.
