Despite the sprain, Fox displayed resilience, pushing through the discomfort to contribute 37 points during a thrilling 132-127 overtime victory against the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday.

The injury occurred in the second half when Fox, in an attempt to drive to the basket, rolled his ankle, prompting a moment of concern as he grimaced in pain on the court.

However, to the relief of both Fox and Kings fans, he was able to return to the game.

Looking ahead, the Kings are set to resume their campaign with a rematch against the Golden State Warriors on the road this Wednesday.
