Discussing James Harden's latest move to the Los Angeles Clippers, analyst Chris Broussard came up with an offensive way of referring to the guard.

James Harden

On the show First Things First, Broussard and the two co-hosts, Nick Wright and Kevin Wildes, were debating on James Harden being traded to the Los Angeles Clippers.

When deliberating if Harden was thinking he was going to have the same role as he did in the previous teams he was in, Broussard fired back, using an anti-PC term.

After the other hosts expressed disagreement with the term used by Broussard, he immediately walked back on it, calling Harden "developmentally disabled" instead.

Immediately after, Broussard issued a full apology for using the word in question and also for offending James Harden.

The guard recently made headlines after being traded to the Los Angeles Clippers after a traumatic experience with the Philadelphia 76ers. He has not suited up for the Los Angeles squad so far in the new NBA season.
