When deliberating if Harden was thinking he was going to have the same role as he did in the previous teams he was in, Broussard fired back, using an anti-PC term.
After the other hosts expressed disagreement with the term used by Broussard, he immediately walked back on it, calling Harden "developmentally disabled" instead.
Immediately after, Broussard issued a full apology for using the word in question and also for offending James Harden.
The guard recently made headlines after being traded to the Los Angeles Clippers after a traumatic experience with the Philadelphia 76ers. He has not suited up for the Los Angeles squad so far in the new NBA season.
