Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade guard Nemanja Nedovic shared his admiration for veteran teammate Milos Teodosic's continued dedication to the game, proving that age is just a number.

"I don't understand people who don't notice that at the age of 36, he plays with such enthusiasm and fights like this. I've never seen him like this," Nedovic said, per Mozzart Sport. "Maybe he makes a mistake out of that desire, but that's all with the best intentions. He is still a master of basketball. I am very glad that he started playing well. I told him against Bayern [EuroLeague Round 6 game], "Just win this game, and I will come back to help you."

Indeed, Nedovic returned on Sunday and scored 16 points in the ABA League win over Buducnost. He missed two consecutive derbies against Partizan Mozzart Bet Belgrade due to a back injury.

It was not easy for Nedovic, as he says.

"I felt terrible," the player underlined. "It's crazy for me to miss those games in the season. I don't know if it will ever happen again to play a derby after a derby in two different leagues, but well... I used the time to recover. For sure, my presence makes it easier for the guards who play with the ball.

"I could have played against Bayern [last week], but there was an agreement with the coach to skip that game to have more time for training," he added.

Looking ahead, Crvena Zvezda is set to travel to Barcelona for the EuroLeague Round 7 game on Friday night.
