According to Meridian Sport, the match in the Aleksandar Nikolic Hall in Belgrade will be played behind closed doors.

Despite the restriction, future Maccabi games in the venue might not be played without fans. The policy will be decided before each game, the outlet notes.

The war in Israel has already changed the European basketball landscape, with Maccabi playing almost all their games so far exclusively away from their home country.

Maccabi have requested their Round 9 game against Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul on November 16th to be moved to Belgrade due to safety concerns. If the proposal is approved, the Israeli team will play their next five matches in Belgrade, all classified as home games.
