Although the club originally assumed that the captain of Partizan would remain out for two weeks, this forecast has turned out too optimistic.
"We will not ask for reinforcements in that position," explained Obradovic, expressing that Partizan was not looking to fill the void left by Punter's injury. Instead, the club is choosing to be patient with the star's return.
On the other hand, Partizan did receive reinforcements on their big men rotation with the addition of Bruno Caboclo, whose arrival in Partizan has generated controversy.
"Bruno did the first training session with the team today, and that's where the story with him starts and ends," remarked Obradovic. "I think he is a player who can help Partizan, and that's why we decided to bring him. We'll just have to see how he will look in the training sessions."
Partizan will host Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul on Thursday.
