Shams Charania of The Athletic has reported that the NBA Draft format may be extended to two days starting in 2024.

The possibility arose as a result of the considerations between the NBA administration and the team managers of the clubs.

Team managers have found the prospect intriguing as it would give them more time to make deliberations on their picks, according to The Athletic.

If implemented in 2024, the Draft would take place on 27 and 28 June.

There is no final decision on the matter yet, as the possibility was merely entertained, and no conclusion was reached.
