As the third overall pick in the 2023 NBA draft, Henderson has been contributing an average of 8.8 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 4.6 assists in the five games he has played this season.
In addition to Henderson's setback, the Trail Blazers announced on Friday that center Robert Williams III will undergo surgery to address ligament damage in his right knee, sidelining him for the rest of the season.
