After nearly a month on the sidelines, Olympiacos Piraeus power forward Luke Sikma is gearing up for his return to the EuroLeague court.

The 34-year-old veteran is joining the team as they head to Belgrade to face Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv in EuroLeague Round 8 on Tuesday night, marking the start of a double-round week.

Sikma had been sidelined with an Achilles tendon injury, which kept him out of action since the EuroLeague Round 2 game in Milan on October 17. In his two EuroLeague appearances this season, he has averaged 2.0 points and 2.5 rebounds.

On a less positive note, Nikola Milutinov, who suffered a toe fracture, won't be available for the upcoming clash against Maccabi.

However, Shaquielle McKissic has resumed training, although without full contact at this point.

Olympiacos' matchup against Maccabi is scheduled to take place behind closed doors at the Aleksandar Nikolic Hall on Tuesday at 20:05 CET. Following this game, the Reds will return home to square off against Crvena Zvezda on Thursday.
