"Miles Bridges is eligible to return to our active roster on Friday after serving his NBA suspension. We are comfortable with Miles returning to play based on our current understanding of the facts of the recent allegations and remain in contact with the NBA as that matter proceeds through the court process."
The player had received criminal summons after he lastly broke a protective order that his ex-girlfriend had taken against him.
He turned himself in. Before that, he had already been suspended for the preseason games and had 10 more games to serve.
His punishment was not extended, and he will be eligible to return to court on Friday.
Steve Clifford, the head coach of the Charlotte Hornets, recently stated that Bridges will have a significant role despite his criminal violations and suspensions.
The Hornets will face off against the Milwaukee Bucks on November 18.
