Curry said that a sense of urgency is starting to kick in in the locker room, and losing this many games at home is a problem they have to fix before a losing mentality starts to develop.

Chet Holmgren tied the game with a last-second shot in the fourth quarter. The Golden State Warriors ended up losing to the Oklahoma City Thunder in overtime. Following the loss, Stephen Curry admitted that frustration was starting to kick in.

It was the sixth Warriors loss at home in seven games this season and the eighth loss overall.

"It's tough. You hate losing games no matter where it is, especially at home. You set a standard of taking the home court. There are different challenges for us this year, and we're going to have to overcome them to be competitive in the standings late in the season. You hate seeing that 1-and-5, 1-and-6, whatever it is, you hate seeing that, but it doesn't mean we can't turn it around," he said.

"With a losing streak like this, there's urgency for sure. Any time you lose this many in a row, it's a problem that you have to fix. You don't want to develop a losing mentality at any stretch of the season. That's a stink in the locker room you don't really want to have in there," the player explained.

The Warriors were without Draymond Green, who is currently serving a five-game suspension for choking Rudy Gobert during a game at the beginning of the week. Green will be sidelined for three more matches.

"Any time you're missing anybody as important as Draymond is - our core, a starter, a guy that's an anchor on defense - that's tough," Curry said about Green. "It was tough when I was out for two games. We were both out for this last game. Especially for the team that's trying to put the pieces together, you want to get as many reps together as possible to develop an identity. When we're missing time, it's tough for whatever reason. It's not ideal. I feel like we do have enough to win games. In the meantime, we haven't been able to do it."
