Throughout the years, there were many articles about him that the player did not like, namely because they were fake.
"[There were] Many lies! But nothing can drive me crazy anymore because the newspapers that write them are for the trash," he said. "There's no way I'm going to be crazy about something I'm about to read. But it can annoy me. The first thing that comes to my mind is when they wrote that I slept with someone I had never seen in my life, that I spent a night with her without even knowing who she was.
Then I found out that she was a woman of low morals. It blew my mind. Where does all this come from? Why would they write this?" the player wondered. "It was the period when I was, so to speak, at the peak of my career. I won't say I was famous, I hate that word. Let's just say I was very popular. And they fabricated this article with a story that never happened. It's something I hate."
More than a year ago, a story surfaced that Raduljica was ready to reject offers from professional basketball teams and go on a road trip in the US instead. Raduljica doesn't deny that the wish exists, but the entire backstory behind it is not true, he says.
"Yes, they wrote it last year before I signed with Crvena Zvezda. It's true that I want to do it at some point. I've been saying that I want to follow Route 66 for the last 15 years, but not while I'm still playing basketball," the player shared.
"I didn't turn down any team to go to America and drive a camper. I know how the system works. The press today is like that. They will write something to get clicks on sites without caring if they upset someone or even cause someone trouble," Raduljica said. "Like the story I told you before. I was with a girl at the time. What could she have been thinking when she read that I slept with someone else?
For me, it doesn't matter what they write anymore. They can write whatever they want, and people will read it. Everyone has their own opinion. Like they say, everyone has an opinion. What matters is what my wife, family, and friends think of me."
