The relationship between the Chicago Bulls and their star player, Zach LaVine, appears to be growing more complex amid trade speculations. This was evident once again after their recent victory over the Miami Heat on Saturday.

While LaVine's teammates were celebrating on the court, he headed straight to the locker room.

Cameras also caught him pulling his arm away in frustration from Beth Esler, the Bulls' public relations director, as she attempted to arrange a post-game interview with the flagship television station.

LaVine addressed the incident post-game, stating, "Just a miscommunication with the PR team. We're all fine."

However, despite his attempt to downplay the situation, Joe Cowley of the Chicago Sun Times reported that the front office was promptly informed and less than pleased with LaVine's actions.

When coach Billy Donovan found out about what happened, he was downright ticked, per the same report.

"I'm happy we got a win,’" LaVine added after the game. "We play these [Miami] guys in a couple of days. You don't want to just sit around and celebrate. I'd rather celebrate in the locker room."
