NBA legend and analyst Shaquille O'Neal revealed he would like to become part of the ownership of the NBA expansion team in Las Vegas, claiming he would be an active owner who makes decisions.

NBA legend and analyst Shaquille O'Neal revealed he would strongly consider joining the ownership of the NBA expansion team in Las Vegas.

"If there's ever an NBA team that's going to come here, I would definitely like to be involved," O'Neal said during the Formula-1 event pre-race party in Las Vegas.

"With LeBron, without LeBron, I just want to be involved," Shaq added.

The 51-year-old also noted that he would be an active owner, adding that baseball is one sport he's not interested in.

"Not baseball. Football, maybe, basketball definitely, but not baseball," O'Neal said. "I want to be involved. There are two types of owners. There's the owner that just has the bragging rights, and I'm the partial owner, and there's guys that like to make decisions. I, at some point, would like to be in on the decision-making process."
