After being in the social media spotlight and getting traded last year, Irving has now landed in Dallas. Looking back at his time with the Brooklyn Nets, he says he has thoughts about it.

"I don't look back on that aspect of my career disappointed, I just think it's kind of like one of those – the time that got away, the girl that got away. It'll hurt you for the rest of your life," he said.
"You've got a great, bad wife, kids and all that, and you're [still] like…" Kyrie wondered.
Talking about the departure, Irving said that the team with him, Kevin Durant, and James Harden at or near their primes was capable of
"I don't second-guess it. I don't want to get in trouble with my wife at all. I'm not thinking of nobody else, baby. It feels just kinda like that FOMO (fear of missing out). You missed out on something great," Irving concluded.
