Zach LaVine had already been sidelined for a week with a foot soreness before the update. Now, the injury status has been updated.

The organization announced that LaVine is set to miss three to four weeks of action with a foot inflammation.

The 28-year-old is in his tenth season in the NBA and averages 21 points, 4.9 rebounds, and 3.4 assists per game this year. Despite Wednesday night's wins against the Charlotte Hornets, the Bulls are just 12th in the Eastern Conference with eight wins and fourteen losses.

LaVine has recently been involved in trade talks due to the team's poor performance.
