As the EuroLeague approaches a transfer window, allowing players to switch teams and join their new clubs after December 30,BasketNewshas identified several key candidates for potential moves in the upcoming weeks.

Some prominent EuroLeague figures may even hit the transfer window from December 30 to February 7, the deadline for new player registrations.

BasketNews has focused on players frequently mentioned in the market and deemed most likely to undergo transfers.

Kevin Pangos

The most prominent name that currently circulates in the transfer window.

Pangos has been excluded from theEA7 Emporio Armani Milanrotation, as he logged his last EuroLeague game on October 31 and sparked interest from various EuroLeague teams.

WhileZalgiris Kaunasdisplayed a strong interest in the 30-year-old point guard, sources from BasketNews indicate thatValencia Basketis leading the race to bring him to Spain.

This move would create an intriguing pairing with Chris Jones in Alex Mumbru's backcourt.

But BasketNews sources suggested lately that Pangos is not making a move at the moment.

In the five EuroLeague games played this season, Pangos maintained an average of 7.2 points (46.7% 2P, 30.0% 3P), 3.0 assists, and a Performance Index Rating (PIR) of 6.0 in 24 minutes per game.

Looking back at last season, Pangos averaged 8.9 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 3.4 assists in 25 minutes.

His performance in 2021 earned him a spot on the All-EuroLeague first team. Pangos is on an expiring contract.

Nico Mannion

Another name circulating in the discussions about potential transfers is Nico Mannion, sources tell BasketNews.
