Brooklyn Nets' point guard Ben Simmons has no clear timetable set for his return from injury, sidelining the player for an unspecified amount of time.

Ben Simmons of the Brooklyn Nets, who has had a career of injuries that have kept him sidelined for large spaces of time, has a new ordeal to face after suffering nerve impingement in his left lower back.

The guard gave explanations regarding his situation and the timetable for his return, or the lack thereof.

"It is one of those things where you don’t know what time," he said.

"It’s probably one of the most frustrating points of my career because I want to be able to help my team win," the player lamented. "It's one of those things that's a part of sports.

Not every game is promised. Injuries happen. Unfortunately, it happened," Simmons said with disappointment.

The guard's injury began in late November and was not initially considered serious. However, later tests have shown that the player had to be absent for a long time.

In 7 games, Simmons has averaged 6.5 points, 10.8 rebounds, and 6.7 assists.
