Wednesday's EuroLeague action offered four Round 18 games: Valencia vs. Anadolu Efes, Baskonia vs. Panathinaikos, Virtus vs. Bayern, and Barcelona vs. Real.

EuroLeague Round 18 concluded with an exciting lineup of four games on Wednesday night.

Kicking off the action, Valencia maintained its playoff position against Efes, handing the Turkish team its fifth loss in a row. Valencia fans will have to wait for Kevin Pangos' debut, as the Canadian guard was not registered for this game.

Next, second-placed Virtus started the new year strong with a close win against Bayern. Virtus improved their home record of six out of seven wins and nine consecutive victories.

Following that, Baskonia erased a 17-point deficit against Panathinaikos and ended the Greek team's four-game winning streak. Codi Miller-McIntyre drained a game-winning jumper from the two-point zone, while Chima Moneke played a terrific game, accumulating 20 points, 13 rebounds, and 34 PIR.

Wrapping up the night, Barcelona bounced back from three defeats in its last four games by overcoming fierce rival Real in El Clasico. Los Blancos suffered their just second loss of this EuroLeague season, while Jan Vesely had his Barca-high 27 points.
