"The mindset in Golden State right now is that everyone but Steph Curry is on the table right now," stated Chanaria before addressing the special situations of Klay Thompson and Draymond Green with the team.
"I think that's [keeping Klay Thompson long-term] been their hope. They have not been able to reach a contract extension with him. And Draymond Green just got back from a [suspension]... Those have been their three core guys."
Moreover, Chanaria revealed that the Golden State Warriors is also happy with certain, more minor players.
"They [GSW front office] are big fans of Johnathan Kuminga, Brandin Podziemski, Trayce Jackson-Davis, but [Andrew] Wiggins and everyone else on that roster except Steph Curry has to be at play for this team.
They are going to be looking to make moves," Chanaria stated.
However, there are certain obstacles to the wishes of the Californian team, stated the FanDuel TV journalist.
"They don't want to take long-term money back. You don't want to take another massive contract back."
A final consideration on the part of the Warriors has been the contract of Steve Kerr, which runs out this year.
"There is no sign of a new deal for him either, right now."
Golden State Warriors (11-16) has lost 6 of their last 10 matches, the last two being blowout losses with respective defeats of 118-133 and 105-141 to the Toronto Raptors and the New Orleans Pelicans.
