Credit:Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade's guard Nemanja Nedovic left the game against EA7 Emporio Armani Milan early twice in two quarters.
First, Nedovic collapsed on the court with 2:23 remaining in the first quarter a few seconds following a driving layup against Kyle Hines. The Serbian guard fell to his knees near the mid-court line and had to leave the game.
Just two possessions earlier, Luka Mitrovic left the game after a collision with Hines. Mike Tobey, who substituted Mitrovic, had to leave the game early after he fell awkwardly after fouling Hines in the following possession.
Both Mitrovic and Nedovic returned to the court, but Nedovic had to leave the game early once again. With 1:39 remaining in the second quarter, Nedovic collapsed on the court just seconds after getting back into the game. The Serbian guard went straight to the bench, grabbing his left rib.
Neither Tobey nor Nedovic returned to the court later.
