Additionally, Nemanja Nedovic and Nikola Topic are sidelined with long-term injuries.
As such, Crvena Zvezda have signed Javonte Smart to the roster.
"He will come [at] the beginning of the week. Our management is working for him. He will pass the medical tests, we'll see when he will be here. I don't want to say [anything] before we finalize everything," Sfairopoulos said about Smart.
"It's a player that will help us, of course. I'm satisfied [with] how fast the club reacted. We brought [in] a quality player. It's a player that will give us solutions on offense and defense. He's young, he's fresh, and I think he will help us a lot," the Greek specialist said.
It is currently unclear whether Smart will compete against Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz on Thursday.
"We don't know yet," Sfairopoulos said when asked about it. "He needs to pass the medical tests. There's a procedure - you know it better than me. We don't when he will come [or] when he will be ready to play, we don't know. I'm not ready to answer this question now."
Teodosic, meanwhile, will be fully ready for the game.
"Milos is ok. He had some muscle fatigue, and we didn't want to risk some injury," Sfairopoulos explained.
