As the local cup break slowly approaches, one of the leagues has already determined the schedule and the matchups.

The Spanish Liga Endesa (ACB) has announced the four pairs that will compete in the prestigious Copa del Rey tournament in February.

Namely, Real Madrid will play against UCAM Murcia, Dreamland Gran Canaria will compete against Valencia Basket, FC Barcelona will challenge Baxi Manresa, and Unicaja will match up against Lenovo Tenerife.

The competing teams were determined earlier in the ACB season, as the top seven teams in the competition after the first round and the best team from the host city (this year, Malaga) get to play for the cup title.

The mini-tournament will begin on February 15th with a game between Real Madrid and Murcia. Two quarterfinal matches will be held on February 15th, and two remaining matchups will take place on February 16th. The semifinals will be played on February 17th, while the final is scheduled for 18:30 CET on February 18th.
