The EuroLeague has fined Partizan €5,000 for their fan behavior during the game, the Serbian club announced. The fine was issued because spectators threw various objects onto the court during the matchup.
The incident in question happened during the second quarter when Partizan was down by more than 20 points, as fans became irate after a series of no-calls followed by a foul call.
The investigation in the Partizan organization is underway to determine the exact persons who did it, the club writes.
Despite being down by as many as 24 points, Partizan managed to come back and win the game by 9 points, marking the biggest comeback in the club's history in the tournament.
