"James Dolan manipulated me, brought me to California to abuse me, and then set me up for a vicious attack by Weinstein," the woman, Kellye Croft, says in the court filing.
The incident happened in late 2013, court documents say, when Croft was working as a massage therapist for a classic rock band Eagles. Dolan was playing there as an opening act with his band JD & the Straight Shot.
Dolan booked a massage, and pressured her into unwanted sex during the appointment, Croft states. The woman, 27 at the time, was then lured into a hotel room with Weinstein, who chased her down a hallway and then sexually assaulted her against her will.
Weinstein is currently serving a 23-year prison sentence for multiple sex crimes.
