In response to the news, NBA Commissioner Adam Silver claimed the league is waiting to find out more information before taking concrete action.
"I saw the article and don’t know anything else about it other than I read the article so we’ll stand by and wait to find out more information," Silver said via Ohm Youngmisuk from ESPN.
Dolan booked a massage and pressured her into unwanted sex during the appointment, Croft states. The woman, 27 at the time, was then lured into a hotel room with Weinstein, who chased her down a hallway and then sexually assaulted her against her will.
"James Dolan manipulated me, brought me to California to abuse me, and then set me up for a vicious attack by Weinstein," Croft claims in the court filing.
