The NBA has rescheduled a game between the Detroit Pistons and the Oklahoma City Thunder. Having previously been set to start at 6 PM EST (5 PM local) on Sunday, January 28th, the game has been moved to 2 PM EST (1 PM local), the league announced.

While the Pistons are on track to set a new NBA record for the fewest wins in an 82-game season, their NFL counterpart, the Detroit Lions, is giving the Motor City fans an experience they've been waiting for for decades.

The Lions made it to the NFC Championship Game for the first time since 1991, marking only the second such appearance in franchise history. On Sunday, January 28th, they will play against the San Francisco 49ers for the chance to play in the Super Bowl. The game starts at 6:20 PM EST.

The move by the NBA allows Detroit sports fans to watch both games one after the other - first, the NBA match against the Thunder at 2 PM EST, and then the NFL battle at 6:20 PM EST.
