The incident occurred with 7:38 remaining in the third quarter when Milutinov accidentally stepped on his teammate Kostas Papanikolaou's foot, resulting in a significant twist to his ankle.

Clearly in serious pain, Milutinov couldn't leave the court on his own, and the medical staff provided assistance.

Up until his exit, Milutinov had contributed 4 points in a little over 9 minutes on the floor.

On the Panathinaikos side, guard Kostas Sloukas experienced discomfort in the left adductor, where he had a recurring problem.

As a result, he wasn't playing in the second half of the game. After the match, Sloukas is scheduled to undergo further tests to assess the extent of his injury.

The Greek veteran went scoreless over 7 minutes.
