J. Barrett, Scottie Barnes, and Immanuel Quickley and push for roster revision.
"Multiple league sources have confirmed the obvious, the Raptors appear to be open for business, and outside of Barnes and the two former Knicks [Barrett and Quickley], everything and everyone is on the table," states Lewenberg.
The source claims that the Raptors would be even willing to let go of a veteran for possible picks in the future.
"If they can turn any of their vets – [Garry Trent Jr.], Dennis Schroder,Chris Boucher, the newly acquiredBruce Brown or perhaps even [Jakob] Poeltl – into picks or prospects that would help push the rebuild forward, it's hard to see them passing that up," noted Lewenberg.
The Raptors recently traded Pascal Siakam, OG Anunoby, Precious Achiuwa, and Malachi Flynn in trades with the Indiana Pacers and the New York Knicks.
Lewenberg also states that Jakob Poetl, who was ruled out indefinitely on January 9, could return in the upcoming six games of the Raptors, though his return could coincide with a very different Raptors.
Currently, the Toronto team has a record of 16 wins and 28 losses, being placed 12th in the Eastern Conference. Only the Charlotte Hornets (10-32), the Washington Wizards (7-37), and the Detroit Pistons (5-39) have worse records than the Raptors.
