Round 23 games continued in the EuroLeague, and Friday's lineup included some strong match-ups.

To begin the night, Anadolu Efes Istanbul (9-14) hosted AS Monaco (13-10). The Turkish team could not continue their recent domination at home, and the Monagesque team defeated them in a close game that changed hands often.

The games continued with a Spanish derby when Valencia Basket (12-11) visited Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz (12-11). Valencia came up with a convincing win, thanks to a decent performance by Brandon Davies.

Another interesting game took place when Zalgiris Kaunas (8-15) was hosted by Partizan Mozzart Bet Belgrade (12-11). Andrea Trinchieri, the new head coach of Zalgiris, visited his former team, and the Lithuanian squad was promptly defeated by Zeljko Obradovic's students.

Finally, EA7 Emporio Armani Milan (10-13) stopped its two-game loss streak against FC Barcelona (15-8) in Milan, Italy. On the other hand, Barcelona's weak record at away games continued.

All EuroLeague matches are broadcast onEuroLeague TV.
