In less than two weeks from now, the NBA trade deadline buzz will hit the fans. February 8th will be the last day to make trades between NBA teams for this season.

After that, only free-agent deals or the buyout market will remain available for whoever wants to strengthen their rosters.

There has already been a good level of activity in the trade market. Just a few weeks ago, theNew York KnicksacquiredOG Anunobyfrom theToronto Raptors, and more recently, theIndiana Pacersdecided to go all-in and traded forPascal Siakam.

But with the trade deadline getting closer and closer, we can anticipate an even higher level of activity, with several contenders looking for that last piece that could make them even more dangerous and rebuilding franchises trying to unload unwanted salaries or to facilitate moves by absorbing salaries from other teams.

It'll also be interesting to understand which European/International players might be on the move before February 8th, as there's a certain interest for several of them.
