Partizan Mozzart Bet Belgradewill enter the duel with Virtus Segafredo in Bologna this Friday night without the help of Uros Trifunovic, coach Zeljko Obradovic confirmed at the training session while speaking to Serbian journalists.

According to Mozzart Sport, The young Serbian, who enjoys increased minutes this year, did not feel well during the flight from Nice to Bologna, as he fell ill and was given first aid by the team's doctor, Dr. Moma Jakovljevic, while the ambulance waited for him at the airport.

His condition is stable, but he was ruled out regardless.

"Unfortunately, Uros Trifunovic had problems when we were going from Nice to Bologna, he got sick on the plane. But luckily he's feeling well," Obradovic said.

"He is in the hotel, he will not be on the team for the match against Virtus. We have carried out tests, his condition is stable, and we will see what the next steps are when he returns to Belgrade," the Serbian tactician added.

Trifunovic, 23, has played only 14 of Partizan's 24 EuroLeague games this season. He's averaged 3.4 points and 1.6 rebounds over 14:32 minutes of play.

He had been out since the Round 9 game against ALBA Berlin, where he suffered a rupture of his thigh muscle. He, therefore, consecutively missed 10 games of play in the EuroLeague.
