On Friday in Indianapolis, Domantas Sabonis achieved a remarkable feat by surpassing Oscar Robertson for the franchise record with his 30th consecutive double-double.

The Sacramento Kings secured a 133-122 victory over the Indiana Pacers in a game where Sabonis finished with 26 points and 11 rebounds.

Having previously played for the Pacers from 2016-17 until his trade to Sacramento in February 2022, Sabonis continues to lead the NBA in double-doubles with a tally of 43.

Despite putting up impressive averages of 20.0 points, 13.0 rebounds, and 8.0 assists, Sabonis found himself left out of the All-Star weekend roster.

This exclusion came at a significant cost, as ESPN's Bobby Marks reported that Sabonis missed out on a substantial $1.3 million bonus for not being selected to the Western Conference All-Star team.
