The Oklahoma City Thunder have included guard Vasilije Micic, along with Davis Bertans, Tre Mann, and draft compensation, in the Gordon Hayward deal with the Charlotte Hornets, as reported by Shams Charania of The Athletic.

Micic, 30, has had limited playing time since transitioning from the EuroLeague to the NBA.

In the current season with OKC, the Serbian star guard has averaged 3.3 points and 2.5 assists over 30 games, with an average playing time of 12.0 minutes per game.

Last July, Micic signed a three-year contract worth $23.5 million with the Thunder, including a team option for the third year.

His journey to the NBA followed a successful EuroLeague career, where he earned league MVP honors in 2021 and contributed to Anadolu Efes Istanbul's EuroLeague championships in 2021 and 2022.

Oklahoma City acquired the draft rights to Micic from the Philadelphia 76ers on Dec. 8, 2020. The Serbian initially entered the NBA as the 52nd overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft, selected by the Sixers.
