First, Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade hosted Zalgiris Kaunas in the famous Stark Arena. Competing without Milos Teodosic, the hosts were involved in controversy, as the local fans started throwing things on the court following a questionable no-call with just 19 seconds left on the game clock. In the end, Zalgiris captured a crucial victory on the road.
Next, Panathinaikos AKTOR Athens played against Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul. PAO's guard Kendrick Nunn had a fiery declaration before the matchup, and the Greek team fulfilled it. A dominant second quarter paved the way to Panathinaikos' sixth home win in a row.
Later in the evening, Virtus Segafredo Bologna hosted AS Monaco, as two top-five teams clashed. Despite gargantuan efforts by Virtus, the Roca Team was better in the end, as Mike James registered yet another tremendous performance on the court.
Finally, FC Barcelona took revenge against ALBA Berlin after surprisingly losing to the standings outsiders in the first game between the teams this season. Barca led by as many as 31 points and finished the game with an easy 17-point win.
