Two referees' decisions at the end of the game caused the local fans' anger, culminating in many objects being thrown on the court.

At first, the referees called an unsportsmanlike foul onYago dos SantosagainstEdgaras Ulanovas, and a few moments later, the referees didn't call for a possible backcourt violation byKeenan Evans.

Even though it's undeniably frustrating, there should be no excuses for such behavior. Understandably, Zalgiris players shared a familiar sentiment.

"Personally, I don't like it," Evans openly admitted while talking toBasketNews. "I don't like [when] people disrespect the game. Whether it was a bad, a good call, you know, refs…"

This is a very bad look for a team like Crvena Zvezda that aspires to receive a long-term license in the EuroLeague. Especially when the same problem occurs for the third time in three weeks.

However, Crvena Zvezda already issued a statement that the clubis in contact with the competent authorities and will confiscate season tickets from people and prohibit entry to matches organized by the club. Definitely a step in the right direction.
