Hugo Besson, whose rights in the NBA belong to the Milwaukee Bucks, will have to search for a new team.

The 22-year-old guard has officially parted ways with FMP Soccerbet Belgrade, the club announced.

Besson was drafted by the Bucks with the 58th overall pick in the 2022 NBA Draft. He played for Metropolitans 92 with Victor Wembanyama last season before coming over to Serbia for the 2023-24 season.

He averaged 13.9 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 2.2 assists per game for 11.7 PIR. He last played for the club on January 14th, when he appeared on the court for just under six minutes against Mega Basket.

Before the announcement, Besson had missed the team's last four games.
