Piratas de Quebradillas, a team that plays in the top Puerto Rican league (BSN), announced that Fall and Mudiay had joined the team for the 2024 season.

Previously, Fall played in the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA), while Mudiay represented another team in Puerto Rico, Cangrejeros de Santurce.

Mudiay was the 7th overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft by the Denver Nuggets. Throughout his first years in the NBA, he showed glimpses of excellence, but his career was cut short by a knee injury, which forced him to miss the entire 2020-21 season.

In 2021, Mudiay signed with Zalgiris Kaunas in the EuroLeague but parted ways with the club just a few months into the contract.

Meanwhile, Fall had played in China since 2022 following his three-year stint in the NBA and the G League. He was twice selected to the G League All-Defensive Team and led the league in blocks in 2022.

Fall will replace Hassan Whiteside, who retired from basketball. The 2.29-meter (7-foot-6) center will become the tallest player in league history.
