Paul suffered a second metacarpal fracture of his left hand during January 5th's matchup against the Detroit Pistons. Three days later, the veteran point guard underwent surgery and has been sidelined ever since.

The 38-year-old has been showing good progress, but his return is still not around the corner. Paul will ramp up his on-court activities after the All-Star break and will be re-evaluated in 10 days, the Warriors announced.

In his 19th season in the NBA, Paul has been averaging 8.9 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 7.2 assists per contest in 32 games for Golden State.

With 26 wins and 26 losses, the Warriors are currently 10th in the Western Conference standings.
