18-year-old Ukrainian player Artem Kozachenko sadly passed away from his injuries after being stabbed in Dusseldorf, Germany.

More tragic news has come out of the stabbing of two young Ukrainian players in the ART Giants youth team in the German city of Dusseldorf.

After the passing of Volodymyr Yermakov, aged 17, Artem Kozachenko, an 18-year-old player on the team, succumbed to his injuries.

Both players were injured in a deliberate knife attack on February 13. The suspect still has not been uniformly identified. Yermakov died soon after the attack, while Kozachenko sadly passed away on Tuesday while he was in the intensive care unit.

Following the attack on February 13, the entire team spent the night in the hospital, providing support to their teammates.

Tragically, both players have passed away.
