According to Tvrtko Puljić from Jutarnji list, Jaleen Smith (who represented Croatia), Bruno Caboclo (Brazil), Zach LeDay (Azerbaijan), and Mateusz Ponitka (Poland) will return to Serbia after the first round.

Namely, the club had an agreement with its foreigners they would come back after the first national team game, BasketNews can confirm.

"The club didn't let him stay with us. We, and the player, don't have much to say. Mateusz Ponitka must return to Partizan Belgrade because coach Zeljko Obradović did not allow him to stay with us," Poland's head coach, Igor Milicic, said to Polish media during the press conference after the game against Lithuania on Thursday.

All Partizan players who do not play for their national teams were given a week off after the Serbian Radivoje Korac Cup competition last week, Bojan Brezovac from Mozzart Sport reports. Those seven players and the four aforementioned foreigners returned to the club on Sunday, February 25th, to begin preparation for the upcoming EuroLeague game against Anadolu Efes Istanbul.

Aleksa Avramovic, Uros Trifunovic, Balsa Koprivica, and Ognjen Jaramaz, who play for the Serbian national team, will return after the FIBA window.

With 12 wins and 14 losses, Partizan are currently 11th in the EuroLeague standings.
