The 32-year-old big man had already spent more than three seasons with the Thunder from 2019 until early 2023, when he was traded to the Boston Celtics.
In 37 games for the Washington Wizards and the Pistons, Muscala averaged 3.8 points and 2.8 rebounds per game. He has better averages throughout his 11-year career - 6 points and 3.2 rebounds.
With 41 wins and 18 losses, the Thunder are currently 2nd in the Western Conference.
